We also offer a range of one-off services such as Swim 1-2-1 Technique sessions and camps; these can be found in our Store.
Triathlon Coaching
Both Mark and Sam have full triathlon coaching packages available. These are limited to around 15 athletes per coach, so that can maintain the quality and connections with each athlete. Many of the clients we work with are long term which means spaces are sometimes hard to come by, but please, if you are interested, don't hesitate to enquire!
Bespoke Training Plans
A more cost-effective alternative to coaching, or if you want a plan to follow that is built specifically for you; we offer Bespoke Training Plans. After consultation with you to find out your goals, available time, limitations etc., we build a plan to fit your circumstance that will help you on your way to your goal. The big difference between Bespoke Plans and Coaching is that, like a downloadable plan, there isn't the feedback and alterations to the plan you get in a coaching programme. All programmes are unique; we do not use templates to write them; they are all from scratch for you.
We offer these as Triathlon, Swim only, Run only, and BIke only, or a combination of two. So if you already swim with a squad all the time and only want a bike and running programme, we can help, and you know the plan is built considering your swim programme.
Swim School
Swim School is a technical swim programme we run each Autumn and New Year. They generally last for 10 weeks, and cover all aspects of swimming front crawl, for endurance swimmers, ideal for triathletes or open water swimmers.
These are based at Castle Rock School, Near Loughborough.

Faster More Efficient Swim Clinic 2023
Swimming is such a technically challenging sport that you can spend many hours working hard on becoming fitter but not getting much faster. For many swimmers, the answer is to improve your technique, reduce drag, increase propulsion, and use your fitness more effectively.
Our course is a one-day course with 2 x 2-hr swim sessions and a 90 min interactive session with Claire Howard, our friendly physio, who will take you through some mobility and strength exercises and a pre-session warm-up.
In each of the three swimming sessions, we will break your stroke down and focus on specific aspects before building it back up into your full stroke again.

We limit numbers to 14 swimmers on this course so we can spend the maximum time with you, and we will have three coaches on deck (4:1 coach ratio).
